TMA has the capability to manufacture pure lead and a range of lead alloys to stringent user-industry determined specifications.

TMA has 3 refining kettles with capacities of 10, 16 & 30 metric tonnes and an automatic casting machine that outputs 10 metric tonnes per hour of dross-free and smooth top pure lead ingots. TMA's pure lead ingots have a minimum purity level of 99.97% by weight. TMA also has the capacity to produce a range of lead alloys as per customer requirements – lead alloys of calcium, antimony, tin and silver. TMA has alloying kettles with capacities of 10-30 tonnes per batch, equipped with preheating facilities. TMA's pure lead and range of lead alloys have found a ready market across India in the manufacture of pipes, plates, bullets, automotive and tubular grids and solder alloy.
